Help Save Clementine: Emergency Surgery for My Mom's Best Friend
My 73-year-old mother's beloved dog, Clementine, has been diagnosed with pyometra, a life-threatening uterine infection that requires immediate emergency surgery to save her life.
Clementine is 9 years old and is so much more than a pet. She is my mother's faithful companion, best friend, and source of comfort every single day. For years, Clementine has provided unconditional love, companionship, and joy, especially during difficult times.
Recently, my mother has been facing health challenges of her own, making Clementine's presence in her life even more important. They are inseparable. Clementine is truly my mother's lifeline, and the thought of losing her is heartbreaking. Her loss would be devastating for my mom emotionally and would leave an enormous void in her life.
The veterinary team has told us that Clementine needs an emergency hysterectomy to treat the infection and give her the best chance of survival. Unfortunately, this unexpected medical emergency comes at a time when our family is already financially stretched beyond our limits. Despite our best efforts, we simply do not have the funds available to cover the cost of her emergency care and surgery.
We are humbly asking for help to save Clementine's life. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward her emergency veterinary expenses, surgery, medications, and recovery care. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean just as much to us.
Thank you for taking the time to read Clementine's story. Your kindness, prayers, support, and generosity mean more than words can express. We are hopeful that, with your help, Clementine can get the treatment she desperately needs and continue bringing love and comfort to my mother for years to come.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Michelle and Family
