Hi! We're the Philly Pies. Please join us for our second year supporting Philabundance on their mission to end hunger in the greater Philadelphia area. When you donate at least $5 you will receive a calendar created by the Philly Pies community as a thank you gift to your email address (see below for more details). Go Pies!
Who are the Pies?
We are an online community dedicated to the Philly Pies, Two-Time-Back-To-Back Internet Blaseball League Underdog Champions and their quest for victory in the ever-changing world of Blaseball. We also believe in the importance of supporting our neighbors in Philadelphia, especially in these trying times. Collectively we have focused our attention on the most basic needs of our city's most vulnerable neighbors which is why we have decided to spend this Pi(e) day raising funds to benefit Philabundance.
About Philabundance
Philabundance is Philadelphia's largest hunger relief organization, founded on the belief that no one should go hungry. Last year the Blaseball community raised over $9,000 together to help our neighbors in Philadelphia get access to the food and critical services necessary for them to thrive. This year we are happy to once again come together as a community to support this important cause.
The end of 2021 was marked by soaring food prices, brought on by unpredictable supply chains and rising inflation. Philabundance has focused on providing on nutritious, culturally responsive, equitably sources, and accessible solutions to hunger in the community.
