Hi everyone,

My name is Rosal, and I'm reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for a very special member of our family—our cat, Huckleberry.

Huckleberry is so much more than a pet. He is my daughter Aubrey's best friend, our source of comfort, and an important part of our little family. Through life's ups and downs, he has been there with his gentle purrs, cuddles, and unconditional love.

Recently, Huckleberry became critically ill due to a urinary blockage, a painful and life-threatening condition that required emergency veterinary care. Despite treatment, he has continued to struggle, and a perineal urethrostomy (PU) surgery will be performed as a final attempt to save his life and give him the chance to live a healthy, pain-free future.

The emotional toll of seeing Huckleberry suffer has been heartbreaking, for me, but especially for Aubrey (my daughter), who loves him dearly and cannot imagine life without him.

The cost of Huckleberry's emergency care and surgery has reached $7,000, and we need an additional $500 to cover his medications and aftercare needs during recovery. This brings our total goal to $7,500. As much as I've tried to manage these expenses on my own, the reality is that the funds I have available simply aren't enough to cover everything. Asking for help is never easy, but we cannot imagine our lives without Huckleberry and want to do everything possible to give him this chance to live.

As a single mom, I never imagined having to ask for help in this way, but I am doing everything I can to save a member of our family. Any donation—big or small—will go directly toward:

- Life-saving perineal urethrostomy surgery

- Veterinary hospitalization and medical bills

- Prescription medications

- Post-operative care and recovery needs
