Dear Viewer,

My name is Sam Tyndall. I am an 18-year-old senior at Myers Park High School. I am contacting you because I am asking for your help. Last year I was assigned a high school exit project where I could choose any topic to write on and later actively support. Being the oldest of five, I have always had a huge heart for families, specifically families who don’t have all the necessities that my siblings and I have. After doing much research, I wrote a paper presenting these issues in the US and providing possible solutions. I am now actively attempting to help this broad group of people by raising money and donating it to a nonprofit, Baby2Baby. I looked long and hard to find an organization that has a great heart along with great execution in their service to impoverished families and I believe Baby2Baby is the one. I know some of you may be able to give more or less than others but I hope you donate not for me or my project but for these individual children. Whether I raise $100 or $10,000, I just want to attempt to help that one child who doesn't have the same opportunities that I do now.
