In lieu of wedding gifts, we would love to raise money for a cause that is important to us: animal rescue. We picked the Sato Project because we both love our rescue pups (including all the fosters over the years) as well as our first trip together was to Puerto Rico.

This non-profit does amazing work to support dog rescue on Puerto Rico, an island where the alternative are shelters with extremely high euthanasia due to limited resources.
