Please help me in trying to make a difference in the face of a devastating and widespread disease. We have slowly been losing my loving and vibrant maternal grandmother, Diane Aeschliman, to Alzheimer's over the past seven years; my spunky paternal grandmother, Virginia Burton, and her mother, Elsie Baldwin, also suffered a loss of self at the end of their lives because of this terrible disease. I'm raising money to benefit Alzheimer's Disease Research Foundation (formerly Cure Alzheimer's Fund) to do something positive in the face of a disease which offers so few silver linings. Alzheimer's affects so many individuals, so many families, often over multiple years. Please join me in doing something to try to put an end to so much long-term suffering.
