I was travelling in Texas and we saw a home that needed help from the outside, we knocked and the door and offered a helping hand.

We met Susan, She was so grateful for the offer. She cares for her son who lost both his legs in the floods caused by Hurricane Harvey. Recently moving her mother in for Hospice care and other son David having Autism too.

An understatement would say she has a lot on her plate, after clearing the front garden and tidying up a few bits. I wanted to reach out to my community to see if they would like to help her!

From the outside I can see exterior maintenance is needed, I'm sure the inside would be the same, Cars need repairs and inspections. Who knows what medical bills are around the corner!
